We will replace your system within 48 hours, anywhere in New England and the Tri-state Area. We will deliver a replacement unit to your facility and take your defective unit for service. We will then service your machine at our facility and return it to you when it is ready.

Functional Warranty:
We guarantee that the system is functinoal upon arrival at your facility. If the unit is non-functional upon arrival, then the item may be returned for full credit.
30 Day Guarantee:
We guarantee the system and all parts excluding consumables, to be fully functional from delivery date thru a 30 day period. If the unit becomes non-functional within 30-days of delivery, then the item may be returned for full credit.
45 Day Guarantee:
We guarantee the system and all parts excluding consumables, to be fully functional from delivery date thru a 45 day period. If the unit becomes non-functional within 45-days of delivery, then the item may be returned for full credit.
90 Day Guarantee:
We guarantee the system and all parts excluding consumables, to be fully functional from delivery date thru a 90 day period. If the unit becomes non-functional within 90-days of delivery, l then the item may be returned for full credit.
1 Year Extended Guarantee:
We guarantee the system and all parts excluding consumables, to be fully functional for a 1 year period. If the unit becomes non-functional within 1 year of delivery, then the item may be returned for full credit. |
The management and staff of American Laboratory Trading share the responsibility for product quality. Accordingly, ALT's quality system is designed to assure that all processes and procedures that are components of our service and calibration activities meet established industry requirements, are adequately documented from a procedural and data traceability perspective and are consistently executed by the staff.
It also assures that analytical data and meeting the quality objectives of the analytical method in use by the customer, are consistently produced in the laboratory. This assurance enables the data user to make rational, confident decisions on the results produced in the lab.
The system also provides our management with data-quality and operational feedback information. This enables us to determine if the technician has achieved the established quality and operational standards that are dictated by the client or established by regulation.
The information provided to management through the system is used to assess operational performance from a quality perspective and to determine corrective action as necessary.

Onsite Service:
ALT offers a wide range of onsite service plans. Technicians will travel to your location and repair or replace defective parts or units. This service is a premium service and requires a service contract.
Calibration Service:
We calibrate and service many of the name brands that we sell. Calibration is done by a certified technician in our laboratory and is returned to the customer with the proper documentation.
Parts Replacement:
If all you need is parts, we can provide the specific parts you need. We will ship them direct to you and your onsite technician can replace them.
Hot Swap Plans :
An exciting service which allows you to continue working while your unit is being serviced. We will provide you with a replacement unit within 48 hours of your service call. We will also take your unit to our facility and service it. We will return your unit when it is fully functional.
Telephone Support:
Phone support can be purchased on a contract basis. Technicians can be available to answer questions and facilitate onsite service over the phone 7 days a week.
